We are a maintenance contractor and one of our vehicles was recentley parked in the car park at Meadowhall Shopping Centre whilst carrying out some refurbishment work there, the vehicle was parked approx 7hrs and recieved a ticket on the windscreen, we have now recieved a reminder from PCS (Parking Collection Services) asking for £120, the alleged offence took place on the 31st August with the reason given as "not parked in a designated parking space" can we contest this?

I'm sure you can.
Look at the **NEWBIES** thread and send off the appropriate template letter to engage the system.
Then you need to be contacting the appropriate company you were working for doing the refurb and asking them to contact Meadowhall centre for you to insist the ticket is revoked.0 -
Hi we are the keeper of the vehicle, we have contacted Meadowhall centre management and they have said they cannot do anything about it.0

Just send the usual appeal as this is the first letter received. As pappa golf says, are you a company? If so, do not name the driver.
Which PPC (not PCS) was the windscreen PCN from?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
