Has anyone had a problem with this company?
Barclaycard asked me if I recognised a subscription to this company today. I did not. However they seem to have my credit card details. My apparent association with them started in August with a product I bought from a third party. I bought this product using their very secure server and
and was offered £15 cashback. I was not asked to sign up for anything and I did NOT complete a membership form or give my credit card details. They did not send me any confirmation of my membership or anything telling me they were going to take money from my credit card account. And yet there the money goes, £15 per month. The third party denies all knowledge of any relationship with Complete Savings. When I get my head round it I will be asking Barclaycard to undertake a proper investigation.
Has anyone any experience of WLY Complete Savings?
(and yes I should have twigged- but honestly the initial offer said nothing about payments or membership!)

You sure nothing was mentioned re a membership ?

Who was the third party ?

Like most of these you will have ticked the "agree to the terms and conditions" box, the membership payment clause being clearly shown at the bottom of page 57

Just wondered if you had any joy rectifying this?

I have just noticed two monthly payments on my account ... never signed up for this ... and they don't seem to recognise my email address (never received any emails from them either!) All they seem to have is my credit card number, but I have no idea how they got it, as I am always very vigilant about where I enter it!

I'm planning to try to contact them tomorrow ...
