Well done ... excellent result (you are the second today as MA61 won their case earlier this morning) ... very pleased for you.
Go and enjoy the rest of your day now!!
Can you breakdown the costs awarded for us? Are you saying you got a full days pay £95 * 8 hours PLUS 5 hours of preparation at £19/hour? If so the last bit is very unusual I think ...
Great result. Feel free to stick around and help others on here and/or spread the word to all your friends and family about this scam and how they can help themselves here on MSE.0 -
Fantastic news. Can I draw this to Parking Prankster's attention for blogging?
I was hoping you'd get Bennett.
Pretty poor that India "didn't know" any of the answers - she works directly for Millennium and her job is to manage their litigation, so she most certainly should know and has direct access to all of this information!Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.0 -
Well done JackBasta:beer:
So, hereon in, Ms. Beavan will be known as
"Ms Don't know"
What a joke, what a waste of time

Don't forget that if they don't pay, send in the bailiffs and the
cost of that will be added when the bailiffs call0 -
Thanks everyone!

Yes Loc - draw it to Parking pranksters attention. If anyone needs any info about the case, I'm contactable via email or phone - if I can give anything back to this forum I will!0

How am I supposed to get paid? Will they send a cheque?0
-
Does Ms Beavan have any legal qualifications?
Also I take it that Millennium like Devere never play away from their local court area?0 -
Just realised - it was £193.47, not 197.34!!!0
-
So I got awarded £197.34 in total.
Pretty buzzing with that to be honest...
Remember to apply for a warrant of control of they don't pay.0
