Land Registry Confusion - limited title guarantee

I'm buying a property where the owner has died and a family member is selling on her behalf. The solicitors have said it is being sold with limited title guarantee. I phoned the solicitors and asked would we still get full title or partial, to which she replied I've never heard of partial. So I've googled this and my terminology maybe wrong and it's absolute title. The property we are buying has never been registered and I'm just worried that we may be losing out some how? Does anyone have knowledge of this or could explain? Thanks in advance
