Cinavia message code 3 !!!

Hi
Have recently updated My TV / DVD player , now when I try to play Copied DVD's I get the Cinavia error message code 3 popping up every 20 mins or so , same on the PS3 , any helpful ideas ? , already looked at https://www.cinavia.com/pages/message3.html
Original Copies not easily obtainable here
Any helpful Ideas ??
