Can anyone help, I have received conflicting info.
Basically me & my partner are planning on buying a property. We currently live in rented accommodation and have done for the past 7 years.
We both own a property individually which we both rent out. If we buy a property together which will replace our current main residence do we have to pay extra stamp duty, or would it just be £2000 as the property is worth £225000.
Thank you for advice.
