Asda mobile - giving credit to charity

For those that don't know, Asda mobile do not allow sending messages to the 5 digit short codes in order to donate to charities (or message anyone else with a short code, for that matter). There's no way to opt-in or anything. Just how it is. They say they're protecting their core group of older people who are all senile and will undoubtedly sign up for things that they shouldn't and drain their credit ... not quite their words, but close enough from the message I got when I spoke to them earlier.

Anyway, I have unused credit I want to give away.
My options are:
Charity sms via a standard number.
Charity phone call to a premium number.
ITV/C5 competition (How many ears does the typical person have A)1, B)2 C)3418)
Find out what Chantelle is or isn't wearing today and have her tell me how she really wants me.

I'd like to go for one of the first two options, but does anyone have any contacts that would be suitable? All charities I can find are going down the 5-digit sms donation route, and all have 03.. phone numbers.
Thanks
