    Looks like you might want to set up a VPN + NAS

    VPN = you connect remotely to your office network like you are in the office.

    Have everything on the local NAS drive. Some routers and even NAS boxes (Qnap NAS boxes come to mind) have VPN capabilities built in so it's easy to set up.

    You can have a 2nd NAS off-site, which syncs backups of the NAS + all connected PC's/ Laptops.
