Savings from doing post-renovation cleanup yourself?

first time having a full renovation done on a house, wondering whether to take up the cleanup task myself rather than having the builders do it at the end? is the cost very little anyway in which case i'll just have the builders do it? there are no walls that need to be knocked down. it's mostly just cosmetic work throughout.

ask the builders for the prie of this element of the work. No one here can know!0

Bear in mind if you're paying them to do it, they'll tidy up as they go and be a bit more careful. If they know you're doing it they'll get slack and leave it all for you to do ... plus extra work because they weren't careful at all because they didn't care as it didn't affect them.0

What G_M says really. But it will depend on how much there is to clear up, if you're having to hire a skip then it's possible that the builders will be cheaper if they are able to simply load the stuff onto their vehicle.0

Bear in mind that many council run facilities don't allow 'trade waste', and in these days of austerity and cuts to services, local authorities are looking to make a few quid in any ways they can - my local tip are now charging for DIY waste. You might therefore find you don't save much, and have the hassle of shifting it.
Finally, whatever you pay the builders to do, you will be doing lots of post-renovation clearing up anyway (plaster dust gets everywhere as you will soon find out...), so why make it worse for yourself?!?0
