More Tesco CC issues

I have 2 Tesco credit cards both with dd in place to take funds from Tesco current accounts.

The dd were actioned and the funds credited to the cc. Then over the hacking period the transactions were reversed.

Now, this morning, I've been charged with £12 late payment fee. Not my problem funds were available and initially taken. (These are considered stoozing cards.) They've added another reversal of this fee the only trouble is that they have put both the fee charge and the reversal in the debit column making a total of £24.

Anyone else see this occurrence?

I am quickly losing any confidence in Tesco bank.

Well, to be fair, if you give them a call, I am pretty sure they will refund you. Give them a break!

Tesco Bank customers are now advised that they can find their accounts in the frozen section.
