If you're appealing a credit card rejection you generally need to add something extra. Most of what you've typed above was already known to them (or at least their scoring system) from their search of your CRA file(s).

There's also little point in telling them your salary, and how long you've been with your employer, since they already know that from your application form.

That said, sometimes when a human takes a look the automatic score is reviewed upwards, so best of luck.
