Hi this what I have sent to the fitter, but what does he mean by the frame out of square in the opening?
    Thanks

I am not happy with the fitting of the door
I would like it refitting as the frame is not square hence the poor door gaps.
Thank you Ok no problem , u may see the frame out of square in your opening just to make you aware before I do it

It means he did not square up the frame when fitting it and before fitting the door in place as has been said in nearly all the posts above.

Sounds like a straight cough to not doing it right in the first place.

Out of square in the opening will be less noticeable than what you have now.
