Enforcement notice

Hello everyone,
I had a parking ticket for going over my time in April and I didn't think much of it. I was in a difficult situation and didnt have spare money to deal with it at the moment. A little later I had to go abroad for few months. Now I am back and I received a letter that an agent will be coming to take the car or things from the house for it.
I need an advice of what to do next. Nothing of the sort have ever happened to me. I looked up the "enforcement agency" and it is not in the approved list of operators, but I am still very much confused when did the fine gone up to 600 ponds and why I didn't know of any court going on?
Please help.

Is this a council ticket or a private parking ticket? Big difference on what to do next depending on type.0

Sounds like a Council PCN. There is no 'court'with a Council PCN, if you don't appeal it then you can end up with bailiffs.
If so then I would go to BailiffAdviceOnline:
http://bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
