2nd Hand car advice please

Hi all,
After a bit of advice please, we a bought a 2nd hand volkswagen touareg (5yrs old 34,000miles) from a vw dealer (paid deposit by credit card), picked it up thursday afternoon, drove 70 miles home all fine, go to work friday morning and abs warning light and various other lights all flashing at me.

The dealer organised for Road Side Assist to come out on saturday morning to try and fix it - he couldn't, but took it to our local dealer. Phoned for an update today to be told its possibly an ABS wiring problem that is not covered under the Das Welt warranty (we have 1yr warranty). The dealer who we bought it from has now authorised all work to be done and they will pay!

My question is where do we stand now?? my concern is if this car has more underlying problems 2 or 3 weeks/months down the line that appear.

What do we do??? What can we do??? Can we get our money back???

Help and guidance please
