Scottish Power - is anyone else having problems from their "technical issues" of 2014
Are there any other people still having problems with Scottish Power after their technical issues in 2014/15.
I have been through so much paper and phone calls and am still fighting.
After the Ombudsman - what can be next? Do I contact Scottish Power again with the evidence that they have got it wrong! The Ombudsman was really not of assistance and feel that they would probably always come down on the side of the Energy company.:(

I had massive problems with my farthers account with npower,I believe they use the same IT as Scottish power,I also had the pleasure of having problems with sp although I left sharpish once I found out they had same it as NP.
But I was not satisfied at all with the outcome of the ombudsman, like you I found them to favour the company even when in there words "npower took 15 months to give you a accurate bill " and npower DD failed to be in operation despite me instructing them 3 times .
I found the whole process a waste of time and effort, the time I spent on it would have been better spent earning more money to pay the inaccurate bills.0 -
I am having issues with my account dating back to the end of 2014.
Went through SP's complaints procedure, then the ombudsman.
The ombudsman weren't of any real help and i ended up declining their decision.
Now all i get is a brick wall from both parties.
Stuck as what to do next.0 -
But as you said in your other post you rejected the adjudicators decision.
A court may agree with you or it may not .What are you going to do if it agrees with the adjudicators decision .0
