Have I stuffed myself - Yes or No?

Sadly, the Google Maps picture is from 2012 so not much help.
What "contravention" have the PPC alleged? Doesn't look like a pay and display car park, so what are they claiming you've done? Presume this was a postal NtK via ANPR cameras?
Yes that's the place - it was a postal PCN to keeper via ANPR cameras - "The duration of the stay was not in compliance with the terms and conditions of the signage displayed."0 -
Ok. Well firstly you need to be getting them to define - EXACTLY - what you've done that you're meant to not do. They haven't actually specified - as far as you know the term you 'breached' could have been "no blue cars on a Thursday". It seems that you need to enter the pub and "register" your vehicle to avoid the charge, so I'm guessing this is the term breached.
Secondly, you need to see if you can find some more up-to-date pictures of the signage. I've had a (very) quick Google for it and couldn't find anything easily online. If there isn't a sign, with BIG PROMINENT LETTERING stating that you must register your vehicle reg at the bar, and a Data Protection statement telling you what they will do with that data and how long they will hold it for etc., then that is something you need to get hold of in the unlikely event they take you to court.
Thirdly, you need to scrutinise the PCN for compliance with POFA2012 - although you've admitted to being the driver, but it can't help to see if they've got anything wrong.0
