    Gas/Electric: £70p/m (i get cold, and I like to overpay to cover winter)
    Water: £23p/m
    Council Tax: £78 p/m
    Tv/internet/phone: £17 p/m I cancelled sky due to their ridiculous high prices, so they gave me broadband free for a year. I use a kodi box instead, it's free
    life insurance: £20 p/m
    food: £200 p/m

    5 Bed, Victorian detached c.2,000 sq ft - hopefully this gives you 'worst case' (except insurance as we're in a nice area)
