removing a roof aerial

I've got a very old, rusty tv aerial attached to my chimney which I want to get taken down. It doesn't work and we have a sky dish anyway so don't need it, and it's started rapping against the chimney when it's windy so I want to get it down before it causes any damage.
Who would I need to get to remove it though? Would any builder/handyman with a long enough ladder be able to do it or would we need to get a specialist Aerial installer to take it down?
This might be a very stupid question but we've recently had our roof repaired and I'm wary of the tiles getting damaged again by someone climbing on the roof to detach the aerial, so I want to do it right

I took my own down. They didn't look that big from the ground looking up but when I got up there, the poles turned out to be 15 feet long, plus the aerials fixed to the top of them.
I would ask an aerial installer.0 -
Get an aerial guy to do it. They'll be used to handling these things at height, more so than a builder/handyman.
If you pick a member of CAI (Confederation of Aerial Installers), they should have all the third-party insurance they need to guard against any mishaps.0 -
anyone who does roofing can do it easily, to avoid damage make sure they have - and use - a cat ladder.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
