On mouseprice it values my house at £437,000

I find the Nationwide Building Society house price calculator usually quite accurate and that says my house is £428,000

    So not much in it

  • I've not used mouseprice, so thought I'd take a look...

It seems to think that my house is 2.5 times the value it was 2.5 years ago when I bought it.

    I wish.

    I've changed my mind.

Mouseprice values my house at £265k more than I paid two years ago. It's obviously spot on!

I sold my property in August this year for about 100K more than the price Zoopla reckoned it was worth at the time.

  • There is very little difference between the 'valuations' of our house on Zoopla and Mouseprice, although the Mouseprice one is very slightly higher.

When we were purchasing two years ago, Zoopla's 'valuation' was more than £200k over the asking price ;)
