So, an update, through Sky Scanner I can get direct flights to Vegas from London and returning from Los Angeles to London direct for £405. This is a huge saving on what I paid this year. Do I take the plunge or wait? Prices are dropping every day.
Don't focus on just the cost, look at the value instead.
If the flights are at good times, with an airline that fits your criteria, go for it. Much, much more important than skinning things for a few ££0 -
The flight times are the best I could ask for: arriving in vegas by 1pm on our first day back and not departing LA until 8.55pm so get a full day on our last day and night flight. With Virgin too. Booking tomorrow night.0

What comoany are actually supplying the flights, some of skyscanner partners are anecdotally not too reliable, have you checked prices with your preferred airline direct as this may well be a more reliable indicator of the true cost.0 -
Yes, do try to book direct and look at adding car or hotel, sometimes better deals. 3rd party bookings sometimes go t**s up..........0
