in IVA & DRO
After a couple of months sorting out the paperwork I had my IVA accepted today.
I had been in a joint DPM with my husband but had a big change in circumstances for the worst so our DFD went to 2032! After taking advice I opted for an IVA and as my husband's debts are less he can pay his off under a DMP faster than he would in an IVA.
Glad it is all sorted and I can finally see an end to the debts.
