Bought a car 5 weeks ago, reported a few minor problems within the week. Which are front heated windscreen not working,cd player not working (they said it will need to be taken out and sent to a specialist). They have told me this would need to be approved through the extended warranty, and 4 weeks later after phoning them it has still not been approved. Is there anything i can do push them on?
thanks

Is the trader a Ford dealer, and if so did you get this as an approved used car? If so you might be able to get in touch with Ford to find out more.0
