Extra Nationwide FlexDirect STO Payment

My wife and I each have Flexclusive regular savers funded by STO from our FlexDirect accounts. The transfers normally occur on the 4th of the month however this month an extra transfer occurred today (7th).
Has anyone else been affected this way?
I don't know if it's relevant but this month's transfer should have been the last and I was about the cancel the STO...

I'd e-mailed them but I haven't had a reply yet so I don't know whether my e-mail had any effect.
