Have you written bad stuff on their Facebook page? They hate that.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

When I looked at the POPLA stage there wasn't an option for the circumstance in which I wanted to appeal? I'll take a look at that thread.

They had photos of me driving in and out of the car park so they have evidence of the driver (me).

He means McDonalds of course, the retailer.

You do not choose any daft POPLA 'options'. The NEWBIES thread post #3 tells you how to do this and what to use (template appeal points already written for you, deliberately long). Submit as a PDF under 'other' on the POPLA website - after showing us your draft please, first.

Please show us the PCN as it is NOT about one minute.

They had photos of me driving in and out of the car park so they have evidence of the driver (me).
No, they really do not, they don't have facial recognition! They have no names/faces magic software! Did you TELL them who was driving in your appeal?

Have you read the NEWBIE FAQS thread here first? You need to, because POPLA is covered in post #3. And re appeals the advice is never to say who was driving - like here:

due to overstaying in a McDonald's car park for 1 minute over their maximum stay.
That CANNOT be the reason for the PCN, you have misunderstood, believe us! It's not about a one minute overstay. What does the PCN say?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
