G24 Contractual parking charge notice:
Had one of these, only got a few days left to respond almost paid it today but I read a few threads on here. Is it still safe to ignore these? Got this in a retail park.
thanks

Ignoring has been bad advice since the law changed in 2012.
Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the IPC template in black that you will find there. Copy and paste and send exactly as it is. Do not edit it as you may inadvertently give away the driver's details.
What happened when you complained to the retail manager(s) where you were shopping?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

The advice to ignore private parking tickets is not given anywhere on this forum, or in the NEWBIES thread.
If you believe this is not the case, you have misread the information.
This assumes that you live in England or Wales.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
