Can Someone Confirm What Letting Agents See.

Hello everyone. My partner and I are about to apply to rent an apartment. We've been living with my parents for 7 years and are finally getting our own place. Affordability isn't an issue. We earn £54,000 between us a year, and the rent is £595 a month.
My concern is I have several defaults on my file from bad choices I made years ago. I am on a debt management plan and have been for 2 years and have never missed a payment on the plan.
I was hoping someone could clarify what they can actually see? I have searched, but I'm unsure as to whether my defaults will hold us back.
Thank you.
