Seems to be unsure which case it refers to, all will be revealed in the fullness of timeI'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

yup but in a later post he says " Letter says: 'High Court Writ of Control based upon Judgment obtained against you by UK PARKING CONTROL LTD on 27 September 2016 in the Huddersfield County Court transferred to the High Court for enforcement under claim number XYZ."
perhaps there is a second claim in the pipeline , but that statement (above) shows UKPC using high court 'Save a Rachael

If they are using HCEOs to seize property to the value it could be very expensive for the OP. Seized goods often sell at auction for a fraction of their cost price, and enforcement charges can be eye-watering.
However, the boys on "Can't pay, we'll take it away seem to be decent enough fellows, but would UKPC wish to be featured on that programme I wonder. It usually features scumbag tenants, and kebab shop owners who do not pay their suppliers. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Purely ignorance, but how does a MCOL case get transferred to high court and why?
Just had another look to see updates and the poster is phoning today to see if there is another case he's unaware of. More to this than meets the eye it seems.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Cases can be transferred up to the High Court for enforcement at the request of the claimant if the judgment debt exceeds £600.
I believe there are ongoing consultations with regard to dropping the £600 requirement.0
