CCJ - Getting it settled

Good Evening All,
I received a CCJ back in 2012, unfortunately I had moved and only became aware of it when applying for a mortgage. I subsequently got hold of the the claim information and arranged to make a payment to ultimately clear the CCJ.
I had email confirmation that monies were received along with a commitment to send a formal follow up letter confirming CCJ ref and confirmation that the balance has been cleared allowing the CCJ to be settled. Despite chasing over last 6 + months this hasn't been forthcoming.
Any guidance welcome on best next steps!

You have to specifically apply to the court with proof that the CCJ has been fully paid and pay a £15 fee to have the CCJ marked as satisfied in the Register Of Judgements. It doesn't happen automatically when the debt is paid.
