Two saints retail park Parking fine

Any advice please, I parked at two saints retail park and paid for extra hours, and displayed it correctly on my windscreen, and we left well before our time expired.
I have just received a parking fine from Parking eye for £100 . Sadly I haven't got the ticket as proof, but I know which machine I paid, and the time would be about 1 min from the time they scanned me entering..
Should I pay,, really angry as I did pay on the day, but can't prove it.
Any help please..

Why do you need advice at appeal stage?

It's all covered in the 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' thread.

The only question in my mind is which sort of PCN you have (one of two) which is covered in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread with a link showing you one of the types and explaining about the second type's wording. Which one do you have?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hit the 'back' button alongside address bar (looks like this <) then go to the top of the page it takes you to and it's one of the top three threads in the list of threads.

If you're going to shake off this charge, navigating the forum is going to have to become the least of your problems.

Fairacre seem to be the Managing Agents.

    http://www.fairacreproperty.co.uk/contact/

In tandem with your appeal to PE, use the facility on the contact page to ask Fairacre to intervene in cancelling the charge. Tell them politely, but firmly, that you were a genuine customer who had paid to park. Let them know that you don't appreciate being penalised for using their facilities and are mindful never to shop there again.

The titular saints of the place are St Peter and St Paul.

Send them a fish, with this verse:
    26. Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free. 27. Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.
    — Matthew 17:26–27

And as for St Paul - he was the originator of "Money is the root of all evil"

So if god won't oblige, they can take it up with him!
  • I have appealed, but as of yet no reply, do I just ignore until they come back to me, it's just the early payment has expired and the other one is looming, obviously I don't want to pay coz I did pay for the extra time parking...but no ticket to back it up as it was 3 weeks ago
