Can't hear any difference, but it looks like that big silver heatshield is moving around, could buzz if it is loose.
The rod is the wastegate actuator linkage.
I'd be inclined to let it cool down and investigate if anything is loose or rattly around or under that silver plate.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
