What should i expect? selling

they are studio flats thats why they sold so cheap, u know bedroom,lounge and kitchen in one little room. there are 9 studios to evey 4 one bed flats , im not being funny but i didnt make the asking price up i got it from 4 EAs and based on the other two 1 bed flats and the 2 bed flat asking prices.

im sure these give some indication in what people are willing to pay in this area.
