Asked for a quote on shipping and this is what I got:

Total product cost of Photo Desk Calendars: £1.99
    Shipping and Processing Costs:Slow£3.0821 DaysStandard£5.2014 DaysPriority£8.077 DaysRush£14.953 Days
I tried up to a quantity of 4 and got the same results (not sure if that means that the shipping is the same if you order 1 or 4, or whether that is the shipping for each one??) If the shipping is per order then thats not bad if you are ordering a few.

I ordered four and the price including P&P was £12 something. I chose the 28 day delivery, but they came in two weeks or less.

    Xmas Saver!
There a new offer on Vista Print - free wall calenders - The calenders are priced at £11.99 - bur free just pay for postage.

Great xmas presents, tip though if ordering more than one, do each item seperately.

Use this link, the first try at floowing the original link, hit a cropper via cookies, got a bit technical for me, so fiddled around, and got the link to word as this

    http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/vp/wall_calendar_stock/toggle.aspx?GP

    Happy buying xx

Another offer link to their website http://www.vistaprint.com/minicatalog - says here that offer expires Dec 31 2007.

Lots of free and half-price offers available through that one, but sadly not the calendars.

As a regular customer of theirs, I can confirm it's per order. By the time you get to shipping costs you've picked what you want to order and that's what they charge for the contents of your shopping basket.

The more you add, the higher the shipping costs - I've had an order recently where 'shipping' was over $43 (US Dollars) as I had a lot of items in my basket, all freebies!

If you do order serveral items, watch out for an offer AFTER you've confirmed your card details, sometimes adding an additional item, like address labels, will actually REDUCE the total you have to pay - including the addition!! Not always though, I've hit lucky a few times on that.
  • go through topcashback.co.uk each time you order to get 2.00 cashback. once you have ordered one item from vistaprint you may find (as i did) that they email you links to get pretty much all their stuff for free (well you pay p+p- go for 21days delivery as it doesnt always take as long as 21 days to receive)

ive had free xmas cards (30), free calender magnets and free wal calenders, free personalised sticky notes etc etc. great for personalised gifts or for business gifts. Fantabulous website! also refer friends and get £1 per referral purchase (something like that) - see the emails once you have bought/signed up.

  • We got a flyer for vista with some cds from CDWOW and it was for a free address stamp gadget, just had to pay p&p or something.

Anyway, somehow they started taking money from our credit card which had been used to make the payment. They took three or four amounts at regular intervals. It was a good job we always check our statements fully, and we contacted the credit card company. The debits were not shown as vista but a holding company called vprewards or clubprem. The card issuer told us they have had loads of complaints about this and that it is linked to vista. They immediately refunded our money. They also monitored our account for a couple of months to prevent any more unauthorised withdrawals.

If you have made any kind of payment to vista please check your accounts carefully and take this into account when considering dealing with them.

Im sorry to tell you but it sounds like you signed up for the rewards program when you made your purchase (possibly without realising) which is approx 10 pounds a month (i forget how much exactly). hence the regular payments coming out each month.
They are not disreputable in my experience, but you do have to read the pages you are clicking on when you make your purchase otherwise because of the site design you can end up buying more than you intended.

Sorry you had a bad experience, but to others, take time to read before you click with vista to make sure you dont accidentally sign up to the reward program when you checkout (the reward program is a bit pants, but you can cancel it quickly without paying if you need to)
