CCJs showing as not satisfied.

I had 3 CCJs against me. These were satisfied in March 2015. I received a letter from my creditor as evidence for the courts. They were all with the same creditor but at two different courts. I looked at my Noddle credit report the other day to see that two were still saying unsatisfied. After contacting the two courts, they informed that they had never received anything although one had presumably got there because it is marked as satisfied. Sent again this time Signed For so I know they have received them this time.
Anyway I disputed the two supposedly outstanding ones with Noddle and sent a copy of the letter saying they have rejected my dispute. The reason is explained in an email they sent apparently. I haven't received one and haven't yet managed to get a reason for the rejection. Anyone have any idea why this has happened?
Probably not going to help my attempt at renting a flat :(
