Parking charge

I would like some advise on the parking charge issued in March 2012 I still get chased for payment even though it was over 4 years ago, The latest is a letter from bw legal saying I have to pay.

Can they take me to court 4.7 years on?

Yes, there are a few court claims (NONE WON BY BW LEGAL OF COURSE) and hundreds of cases on here about the letters, so read them.

Will they win in court?

Highly unlikely if you never said (and still DO NOT IMPLY) who was driving in your responses. March 2012 was pre-POFA so search the forum for 'BW Legal pre-POFA' as keywords first. Your responses are to be written as the registered keeper, as you will see in all the other BW Legal threads.
