Home buyers survey

Hi, im looking for advice on a homebuyers report we just had back. Its the first one we have had and as usual looks a little worrying so was looking for some advice on these issues
I've rung the surveyor and just waiting for them to chat through it
E2 - Roof coverings - defective coverings ( i think this will be some broken tiles)
E4- main walls - damp present, facings in disrepair
F1 - Roof structure - damp penetration - thermal insulation laid over electrical light fittings
F3- wall and partitions- damp present
F4- floors - inadequate under-floor ventilation ( i think this is common and needs an air brick if possible)
H1- garage - presence of serious wet rot ( garage wooden framed window needed replacing although not sure inside if any damage)
Thanks in advance

Is this a do-er upper or is it supposed to be in good condition?0

They all look fairly standard to me, but without knowing the age of the house and the extent of the issues, we'll all be guessing.
Talk through it with the surveyor, who will probably be more forthcoming verbally than on paper, where every aspect of his/her fundament must be covered.0 -

I hope you get a bit more information and advice than I got when I asked the surveyor for more information. All I got was some vague advice that the problems could be sorted out, and to view some other properties to get more idea of whether this one was worth what I was paying. I emailed though, maybe they will be a bit more forthcoming over the phone.0
