Updating a CCJ status on my credit file.

I have a CCJ from 23Dec 2010.
It was settled in full in July 2012, however I have only just realised that it is not showing as settled on my credit file.
I called Northampton county court to see how to get this changed to satisfied and they said they need confirmation of the debt being settled.
I called Argos who the debit was with and they have referred me to morecroft debt collectors who the debt was passed to and who I paid everything to. Morecroft are dragging their feet and after numerous calls I am still no closer to obtaining a confirmation that the debt has been settled.
Will the CCJ "drop off" my credit file on 23rd December as its 6 years this year or do I have to continue to pester morecroft so I can get the CCJ updated to satisfied?

If it's not going to cause any further issues I will just wait until December when it drops off.
Any advise please?
