Get on with as many agents as possible....AND drop the price.0 -

Find one agent and agree a ramping percentage fee scale to encourage them to sell for as much as possible. Get them to cut their exclusivity time to something short.
Estate agent terms and conditions are there to be negotiated. Don't just go with loads of agents and accept their standard T&Cs.0 -

As above - one agent who will put it on Rightmove (there are still a few that don't) is all you need. Two immediately makes Rightmove browsers assume it's overpriced, or there's something wrong with it.0

What relevance does 1 person trying to sell a house for between 1.7 and 2m have to this thread?0 -

IMO if the price is right it shouldn`t make any difference, the more people that see it the better? The idea that you can somehow "trick" a buyer into paying bubble prices in this market by just using one EA is pretty laughable. If Trump gets in that will be the next big leg down for UK property IMO.0 -

They wouldn`t have been having the (online) conversation even a few months ago, and people wouldn`t have been fretting about how they advertise their house for sale (see numerous threads on here) they would just be signing papers and taking the money. Sentiment has shifted big time, that is my point.0
