Anyone got probl with Virgin Emails - imap4.virgin.net errors

Hi, Since last night I have been singularly unable to send or receive any virgin emails using any client device. It reports imap4.virgin.net cannot be contacted which is the IMAP server.

I do not know too much about these things but I have tried removing and reinstating the account on a number of devices all to get the same problem.

I can access my email via webmail but I would rather access it as normal through my laptop (Windows 10) or tablet (Android).
I rang virgin and although the member of staff was helpful, I didn't get a solution as there was a long wait for help.

Any help appreciated
