Investing more in SIPP vs S&S ISA

Very useful thread to see these figures quoted as benchmarks to aim for..
My pension value is much lower than it should be at 35 (circa £25k), but until the last 3 years I've prioritised mortgage so have a healthy LTV. As well in the last 2 years have been adding seriously to the S&S ISA with a similar pot (combined with missus) to that of pension value, plus emergency cash pot..
Presently I put in 13% (+ employer of 5%) to my pension, and 16% into a S&S ISA, so by the time I'm 40 will be pretty good with those figures.
By prioritising mortgage I've missed out massively on compunding, I've not wasted the money but could have got more returns for it. It wasn't until I came across this site a few years ago I took the time to understand any of this.
The worry is the kids will suck up the S&S ISA, before I get to pension age to spend it.
I've chosen to split the contributions almost 50/50 because in reality I'm still pretty young, borderline HRT so don't see that uplift and sure I'll want money for kids uni fees/cars/house etc before I can draw it.0 -

Which S&S ISA have you got, and why did you choose the one you did?
I looked into one recently but decided against it for some reason.0
