Hotmail -time zone

For some reason qwhen logging onto my hotmail account, it's now coming uo with select your language and time zone. Selecting time zone and saving and nothing it's stuck and wants me to pick a time zone again :mad:
I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer all the same issue.
Edit: My mum tried on her laptop her email address, no issues.
