Amicable as this all is, I'm presuming you've a full financial settlement sorted?
Absolutely Nothing left in joint names other than the mortgage?
Allow yourself one moment of uncertainty & get a credit check run, to be reassured all is sorted. As if not, you may need to become a little stubborn on some aspects of the paperwork until the rest is sorted.

Thanks for your reply. I am the only one with a mortgage as my ex-partner bought her half of the house with cash so I presume it is my job to sort out the redemption.
Do you own as 'Joint tenants' or 'tenants in common'? Not that it makes much difference I don't think - you don't own seperate halves (eg she owns upstairs and you own downstairs!) - you jointly own the whole house, almost certainly with a joint mortgage.0
