They asked for 3 months bank statement but didn't question the spending. We knew we could more than afford the mortgage but worried we would be declined because of the spending that took place on 2 of the 3 statements. Still in shock really.0 -
For anyone waiting on Natwest.
Sent application off last monday 14th and got offer of mortgage tuesday 22nd. Pretty good stuff.0
