Hi All,
I've received a letter from one of my card providers that informs me that due to an error in applying my monthly payment, they have overcharged me interest of some £107.
Other than telling me that they've refunded the money, there are no further details.
Before I get on the phone to them to explain themseleves, if the error happened some significant time ago, should I be asking for interest on the refund?
TIA,
Rich

They probably have already included any interest on interest you paid. Ask them.0

it's probably worth you ringing saying you are annoyed and want a further credit as an apology too0
