Are you saying that all of these letters have not been received?

Are you set up as an "agent" to act on his behalf? Under normal circumstances if mail is to be sent other than his own address it is sent to the "agent". Do you get the uprating letter each year? I believe they still get one even if there is no increase because they are in a frozen rate country.

It is no use belly aching about unfavourable currency movements and cost of telephone costs - it is his choice to live in the country he does.

If so, he might be best advised to see what the MP can do for him before making any more attempts to deal with IPC.

Very difficult for him to be patient as the rent is due and he has no income for a few weeks now.

Well pardon me for at least expecting people at DWP to know what they are doing at the end of a telephone line.

I can assure you, he has received NO forms, nor have I, as his back up UK address.
