Quote for Tiling Hall

Hi
Have someone popping around to quote fitting ceramic tiles around 40cm x 40cm in my hall, measuring approx 9.5sqm.
Currently laminate on concrete. I will remove the laminate.
Guess this would be a days work to tile and then half a day to grout, so would £250 be a fair guide, excluding materials?
I'm in South Midlands/ North Oxfordshire area.
Thanks

or just do it yourself and you don't have to waste time trying to find someone?0

Its always reassuring that customers know exactly how long a job will take and can tell you what you will earn.
Reality is, hallways have a high ratio of cuts. Plus, how do you know the floor doesn't need latexing to level it?Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
Thanks for replies.
Wont know state of floor until laminate comes up.
But what would be the approx price for fitting. With/without leveling?A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.

by your username you clearly are a guy - What's stopping you from just doing it yourself, seriously?0
