In an attempt to resolve my recent problem with BA I emailed the CEO and a few other senior managers (contact details from the website listing CEO emails). Most of them bounced: one senior manager did have a valid email address, but the problem was simply passed back to customer service.0 -

thanks for the replies.
It is the principle more than the money, i am upset to be have inconvenienced by the 'secondary amount' which BA had no reason to create. No one likes going over a credit limit especially through no fault of their own0
