Our rep said we would get an email when we got home asking for feedback, that was about three weeks ago, nothing received. I have now completed the form on their complaints page and received an acknowledgement.

Why do I need to? I have had two Thomson Holidays this year and no complaints from me. Great time.
The email the Rep is probably referring to is the holiday questionnaire that they send out. Perhaps it went into your spam folder?
If you had a specific complain about your holiday it would do little good reporting it on the questionnaire. You have to contact them separately.0 -
I'm not sure what the point of the post is?
The feedback would be an online questionnaire. If you thought they were sending you an email in response to your complaint then you'd be wrong. The only way to complain is to fill in a complaints form in resort and follow it up in writing within 28 days of returning.
Their complaints procedure is in the T&Cs you agreed to when you booked.0
