I think the OR contacts you days after your Bankruptcy with details of any IPA. Phone the OR's office and check they won't bite. When you submitted your income and expenditure if there was a decent surplus an IPA would have been set up quickly. As said phone and check and best luck..0

Well the OR (or his/her staff) would need to validate your income and expenditure first, this will happen at or before your interview. The OR has the whole 12 months to setup the IPA, I'd think the first few days the focus would be on informing creditors and your bank.
I'd give it at least a few weeks until chasing up on the IPA, but if your budget showed a surplus, I'd keep this to one side, (as much as you can), so if OR wants it you have it. If you struggle with your submitted budget, may talk to OR to see if you can revise the figures0 -
The main bankruptcy forum would be better for you, as this is for those in an IVA or DRO, which although have strong similarities aren't bankruptcy0
