to claim or not to claim...

Hi,
about 6 years ago I successfully claimed some ppi for my partner but not all paid out and a couple went to the ombudsman who I felt unfairly ruled in the lenders favor.

I no longer have any of the paperwork and I cant remember which paid and which didn't. I am also in a DMP.
I was thinking about trying again but don't want to run the risk of being paid out more than once and having to repay it (if this is something that can happen).
Any thoughts on this? Would you bother?

thanks.

You only get one attempt at making a complaint.

You don't have that option, I'm afraid. Any attempt to make a duplicate complaint will simply result in a repeat of your original rejection.

Neither would the Banks pay anyone a second refund on a successful complaint.
