For those who have an Amex card, can you check at the back of your card on the top or bottom, does it say the card is made by Gemalto or Oberthur?

Mine doesn't specify. But the coding convention and layout would make me suspect it's Gemalto.

My gold and platinum charge cards with an expiry date of 07/17 (I think they have a five year issue span), have Gemalto on the top right corner.
Ordered new cards a couple of months ago, as these were wearing out and these cards don't have anything on them (expiry 09/21).
Old Platinum credit cards with an expiry date of 11/13 (which I cancelled), also don't have anything on them.0 -
Dezza from South Shore makes all my Amex cards - but he doesn't put his name on the back.
Also, he keeps spelling 'Express' with just one 's', but nobody seems to notice.0 -
Its Gemalto on mine0

All of my Debit/Credit cards are seemingly manufactured by Gemalto. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
